Cancellation and Refund
After you have paid for your subscription, you will not be entitled for any refund for the service plan you have purchased if you decide to cancel your subscription.
Defective or Non-functioning Equipment
If any of the equipment and devices DrPOM provide to you as part of the service is found to be defective or not functioning properly, DrPOM will replace the equipment at no additional cost to you as long as you remain an active subscriber to the service. If you have purchased the equipment or device, the function of the item is guaranteed for one-year. Please contact our customer support team if you experience any issue with the equipment.
Exceptions
Refund will not be provided in cases of equipment issues that are due to:
- Client’s own misuse or negligence of the equipment
- Damage caused by accidents, fire, or other external factors
- Client’s failure to properly maintain or care for the equipment
Deposit
In the case where there is a deposit for equipment, deposit will not be refunded if there is:
- Loss of equipment
- Physical damage to equipment
