How to subscribe to DrPOM services
1. Download DrPOM app from Apple App Store and Google Play App Store onto your mobile device.
2. Set up according to the instructions and you will be able to use the app.
3. Click link to e-Commerce site to purchase services subscription.
4. Select the health parameters you wish to monitor.
5. If there is a choice of devices for the parameter you have chosen, select the device you prefer.
6. If you do not have a mobile device or prefer a larger screen, DrPOM’s tablet may be requested at a fee.
7. Select the CareTeam service and support required.
8. Pay for the devices and services you have selected in your e-commerce cart.
9. Once your order is received, your order will be sent to you by courier, and DrPOM staff will contact you and guide you to activate your account step by step.
10. Once your monitoring devices are paired to your mobile device, you are set to go.
