Remote Health Monitoring

DrPOM offers a remote health monitoring service by providing clients with user-friendly health monitoring devices and an innovative reliable online platform. Clients are able to take health measurements at home and the data is securely transferred to a backend office in real-time. The system automatically sends an alert to the client and designated carer or family member when there is a serious abnormality.

A nurse-led CareTeam verifies the health readings and communicates with the client-user or designated carer when indicated. Regular reports and trends can be generated easily for clients and their doctors to assist clinical decision making.
