Remote health monitoring trial at Po Lam Estate Phase 1

DrPOM collaborated with Helping Hand to conduct a 3-month trial programme on the application of remote health monitoring platform among the residents at the JC Home for Elderly. The residents were very enthusiastic in joining the programme and having their health monitored and supported by a team of healthcare professionals.
