A health talk on Health monitoring was organised for residents at the Helping Hand Po Lam Jockey Club Home for Elderly. Residents were very happy to receive advice after checking their blood pressure and oxygen saturation.

DrPOM collaborated with Helping Hand and Agesmart Innovation Alliance to organise and invited CUHK Institute of Ageing to introduce the e-tool learning platform for elder care. A demonstration of screening for sarcopenia and preventive strategies enhanced awareness of the issue.
A health talk on Pain in older adults was organised for Hang Fa Chuen residents at the SAGE Fong Shu Chuen Centre. Attendees shown strong interest in the topic and enthusiastically practised some preventive exercises.
