DrPOM was established in 2023 by a group of medical doctors, nurses, IT specialist and business professional with a passion to create and provide an innovative preventive healthcare platform for older adults in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong has one of the highest life-expectancy in the world. According to the Census and Statistics Department Hong Kong’s report, the life-expectancy in 2023 was 82.5 years for men and 87.9 years for women. With an ageing population as well, the ability of older adults to stay healthy and be independent to care for themselves is most important to facilitate ageing in place and to keep them out of hospitals. By keeping healthy and remaining functional, our seniors can enjoy a good quality of life in their golden years.
As we build this service platform, we realised that looking after one’s health need to start from a younger age, and not just when one gets older. Hence our platform and services are designed to cater for adult clients of all ages. Here at DrPOM, we provide a health monitoring service that aims to create a peace of mind for all. Hence we adopted the name “DrPOM”, with POM for “Peace of Mind”.

Our CareTeam consisting of specially trained registered nurses and healthcare assistants is supported by qualified medical practitioners and medical advisors, and by healthcare providers of our clients.
We work closely with healthcare professionals looking after our clients and with other partners involved in community health and social services.
